The key thing in the process of starting a business in Lithuania is the choice of ownership’s form among the many possible variants. The most common forms of property in Lithuania is private limited company (UAB), sole proprietorship (SP) and non-commercial organizations (NCO). By registering the company from scratch, you clearly define yourself all criteria of the company, such as:

company name;
the sum of authorized capital (the minimum sum is 2500 EUR);
the number of shares and their nominal value;
you make the authorized fund of the created company with your own funds.
